It is a resort hotel of Aegean sea breeze that you can enjoy nature time by forgetting the daily bustle such as the history exploration of Wakanoura that continues from the era of Heian period. You can see real Japanese fisherman village around us.

Origin of Hotel's Name

Mykonos island famous for being one of the world's best resorts, and Greece with Santorini island called the pearl of the Aegean Sea. The temperate climate facing the Mediterranean sea opens people's mind and body and makes us trip from everyday life. We aim to be a hotel that can provide time and space like a dream that you can experience in such a Greek resort. In order to embody the ideal, the hotel name was taken from Greek and named "EPICHARIS". EPICHARIS is a Greek word meaning "attractive".

Creative cuisine focusing on fresh fish and local vegetables in the sea in front of you, a wide variety of fruits that we can get through the year. With a calm atmosphere, the scenery of majestic Wakanoura Bay is also one of the feasts. The restaurant also has a terrace, which is open to the guests at night, and you can also enjoy wine, coffee and tea in a fantastic atmosphere where white furniture and blue lights are held.

Origin of Restaurant's Name

Like the hotel, the restaurant that is immersed in the resort feeling named "Karos Ocean" from the Greek word. In Karos there are "beautiful" and "peaceful" meanings. Ocean is English that means "Ocean" "Ocean", but originally it is a word that originated from the Greek word "Oceanus". Therefore, since the origin of each other 's words are the same, affinity is high and I think that you can feel the narrative that these two words are tied to the restaurant' s name. Our wish that "I would like to have a beautiful time while wishing for a beautiful sea" is included in the name of "Karos Ocean".
